Dallas-based Texas Instruments' Personal Productivity Products business named Steve J. Lair a vice president and executive director for Mobile Computing Products. He joins TI with more than 25 years of industry experience, primarily in the marketing field.

Computer Data Systems, Inc., Rockville, Md., named Mary Ann Mayhew executive vice president for business development. She had been executive vice president of contracts and legal services at CDSI.
