Also, Steve Case, the president of America Online, will address the Northern Virginia Technology Council's spring banquet April 24, with presentations by George Mason University's Roger Stough, Mario Morino of the Morino Institute and Dan Bannister, the council's chairman and president and CEO of Dyncorp.
