AWARDS

A group of SAIC employees have won Federal Aviation Administration recognition for their support of a new system that allows emergency helicopters to land despite very bad weather conditions. The Administrator Award of Excellence was presented to SAIC's Systems Control Technology Group, based in Arlington, Va., and to Division Manager Ed McConkey and systems engineers William Wright and Allen Judkiewicz.

Grubb &amp Ellis of Vienna, Va., has been named Firm of the Year by the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
