SAIC adds three-decade vet Goldstein
Science Applications International Corp. hires three-decade defense sector veteran and Air Force Reserve Maj. Gen. Scott Goldstein.
Science Applications International Corp. has hired three-decade defense sector veteran and former Ensco executive Scott Goldstein as a vice president, SAIC said Wednesday.
Goldstein will work in SAIC’s engineering, integration and logistics practice and be responsible for its growth strategy and investments for research and solution development.
For Goldstein, this marks a return to SAIC as he held leadership roles there earlier in his career.
His private sector career also includes the most recent stint as chief strategy and technology officer at Ensco, corporate chief technologist and manager at Dynetics, and a senior vice president and general manager role at Qinetiq.
Goldstein is also a major general in the Air Force Reserve and currently mobilization assistant to the undersecretary of the Air Force, for whom he assists in oversight of the branch’s annual budget.
