CAE adds former Raytheon exec Probert

Find opportunities — and win them.

CAE adds to its leadership team Todd Probert, an industry veteran most recently at Raytheon's government services division.

Aerospace-and-defense company CAE has hired nearly two-decade industry veteran Todd Probert as president of the company’s defense and security group, effective Jan. 27.

CAE said Monday that Probert will work out of its Washington, D.C. office and succeed the now-retired Gene Colabatistto, who led the business for seven years until his retirement from the company at the end of last year.

Most recently, Probert was a business unit leader for Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services -- that company’s systems integration and government services segment.

He oversaw IIS’ command, control, space and intelligence division and is credited with driving increased use of artificial intelligence and commercial software development practices, including partnerships with technology companies.

Probert spent 10 years at Raytheon. He held executive roles at Honeywell and ANSER prior to Raytheon.
