ManTech unveils VA business leadership team
ManTech International names three executives to a new team within the company that will focus on work and opportunities with the Veterans Affairs Department.
ManTech International has appointed three executives to a newly-constituted management team focused on the company’s work with the Veterans Affairs Department.
In a blog post Wednesday, ManTech’s Mission Solutions and Services Group president Matt Tait wrote that this group of leaders will be “dedicated to bringing ‘digital to the mission’ in programs that support health care for American veterans.”
The move comes nearly seven months after Herndon, Virginia-based ManTech acquired the former Kforce Government Solutions business for $115 million. That deal increased ManTech’s VA footprint and gave the buyer a prime spot on the “T4NG” contract vehicle, which is the VA’s main mechanism for acquiring broad IT services and solutions.
Among ManTech’s key hires are former Leidos Veterans Affairs account management leader Randy Tharp, who was named vice president of VA operations.
Additional key appointments to the ManTech VA business include John Magrane as executive director of business development and Michael Ryan as executive director of capture. Magrane is formerly of Leidos, while Ryan was a capture executive at both Science Applications International Corp. and then Leidos.
