Huntington Ingalls board adds energy vet McKibben
Huntington Ingalls Industries' board of directors adds energy sector veteran Tracy McKibben.
Huntington Ingalls Industries’ board of directors has elected MAC Energy Advisors founder and CEO Tracy McKibben as a new member, the company said Friday.
McKibben leads an energy sector investment and consulting company that works with clients on their use of capital investments.
HII’s technical solutions segment -- its government services business -- houses a bulk of the shipbuilding giant’s work with the Energy Department, including the National Security Administration, and commercial energy customers.
Prior to founding MAC Energy Advisors in 2010, McKibben was managing director and head of environmental banking strategy for Citigroup Global Markets.
Her government service career includes time on the White House National Security Council as director of European economic affairs and European Union relations, plus senior advisory roles at the Commerce Department.
