Leonardo DRS promotes its former chief technology officer in John Baylouny to chief operating officer.
Leonardo DRS has promoted its former chief technology officer John Baylouny to chief operating officer and he has also become an executive vice president, the company said Thursday.
Baylouny succeeds Terry Murphy, who will retire from Leonardo DRS at the end of the year.
As COO, Baylouny will oversee program operations and execution across the company's business lines. He will also lead functions related to corporate operations, supply chain, technology and IT.
Prior to becoming CTO, Baylouny was vice president and general manager for the land systems and advanced ISR businesses.
