Novetta adds former CSRA CEO Larry Prior to board

Analytics services contractor Novetta said Tuesday it has appointed CSRA CEO Larry Prior to the board of directors.

The move comes nearly a month after Prior joined private equity firm The Carlyle Group as an operating executive for its aerospace, defense and government services team. Carlyle hired Prior to help in sourcing and acquisition functions, plus advise executives at portfolio companies on strategies.

Carlyle acquired Novetta three years ago and the investment firm completed its exit from Booz Allen Hamilton in December 2016.

CSRA was acquired by General Dynamics in April for $6.9 billion in cash.
