Leidos adds Kovarik to board

Leidos adds former Ernst & Young partner Robert Kovarik to the contractor’s board of directors.
Leidos said Thursday that former Ernst & Young partner and four-decade professional services veteran Robert Kovarik has joined the contractor’s board of directors.
Kovarik retired from EY in 2008 and prior to that worked at the former Arthur Andersen for 28 years. He will serve on Leidos' audit and finance committee, the company said in a regulatory filing.
He currently sits on the board of trustees at CareFirst and chairs the health insurance provider’s investment and finance committee.
