Army chooses six for $25B aircraft support contract
The Army has chosen six companies for a $25.5 billion aircraft and equipment support services contract.
The Army has chosen six companies for a potential 10-year, $25.5 billion contract to help maintain aircraft and support equipment based outside the continental U.S.
Ten bids in total were submitted for the contract that is a new requirement. Work will support personnel and equipment in theaters of operations, the Defense Department said in its Wednesday contracts digest.
Awardees are:
- AAR Supply Chain
- Arma Aviation
- DynCorp International
- L3 Vertex Aerospace
- North American Surveillance Systems
- Pinnacle Solutions
Contracts will also carry out minor modification and supply chain management functions. Work will take place through April 3, 2028.
