IT and management consulting contractor eGlobalTech announced Tuesday a series of leadership changes in the wake of the death of its founder and CEO Sonya Jain in December.
Her husband Sanjiv Jain will step into the CEO role from his previous position as chief administrative officer.
eGlobal Tech has also named Branko Primetica president and chief strategy officer, plus Joseph Zimmerman as chief operating officer.
Sonya Jain founded the Arlington, Va.-based company in 2004 after nearly a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton.
After eGlobalTech’s founding, it grew to $80 million in revenue for 2016 and around 300 employees.
The Washington Business Journal named Sonya Jain as one of the publication’s “Women Who Mean Business” in September.
