ASRC Federal hires former acting Military Health System CIO and retired Air Force Col. Richard "Chip" Terry to lead federal health and defense programs.
ASRC Federal has hired former acting Military Health System CIO and retired Air Force Col. Richard "Chip" Terry as vice president and client relations executive for federal health and defense programs.
The three-decade Air Force veteran will oversee the government services contractor's efforts to expand across the military and civilian health markets that include the Defense and Veterans Affairs departments, ASRC Federal said Thursday.
His military career also includes service as acting director for health IT at the Defense Health Agency, CIO for the Air Force Medical Service, vice commander for the Air Force Medical Support Agency and deputy assistant surgeon general for modernization at Air Force Headquarters.
