Spalding Consulting wins $83M Navy, DOD IT logistics contract
Small business Spalding Consulting will continue its IT logistics systems support for the Navy and other defense agencies under a new five-year, $83 million contract.
Spalding Consulting has won a five-year, $83 million contract to help the Navy and other Defense Department components run IT logistics systems for the entire acquisition lifecycle.
Army Contracting Command ran the full-and-open competition on behalf of the Navy and received two bids for the contract. Spalding Consulting is a small business headquartered in Lexington Park, Md. and will retain the work as incumbent.
A Deltek description of the contract lists aspects of work as including IT systems acquisition planning, enterprise architecture, engineering, requirements, systems and application development, test and evaluation, data analysis, cybersecurity, information assurance, configuration and portfolio management, operations and maintenance, and training.
Work will take place through Sept. 18, 2022.
