HighPoint Global names three-decade vet Shintani chief growth officer

Citizen experience and IT services company HighPoint Global has hired three-decade government IT veteran Cal Shintani as chief growth officer.

Shintani will oversee mergers and acquisitions in his new role at Reston, Va.-based HighPoint. He will also lead business development and capture functions as he oversees the development and execution of its growth strategy.

He previously held the chief growth officer role at broadband services provider Oceus Networks. His career also includes business development and growth strategy roles at companies such as CACI International, Gray Hawk Systems, BTG, Veridian and Unisys.
