CSRA promotes chief of staff to SVP ranks
CSRA promotes its chief of staff and government service veteran Christian Marrone to senior vice president.
CSRA has promoted Vice President and Chief of Staff Christian Marrone to the senior vice president ranks nearly one year after he first joined the government technology contractor.
Marrone leads CSRA's external relations function with responsibility for relationships across the government and oversees the company's efforts to offer thought leadership on technology- and policy-related issues.
As chief of staff, Marrone oversees the company's government relations, marketing and communications, security and program excellence functions along with the CSRA change management office.
He joined CSRA in January 2016 after service as chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security under both the Bush and Obama administrations. Marrone is also a former special assistant to Defense Secretary Robert Gates and acting assistant defense secretary for legislative affairs.
