Northrop Grumman receives a nine-month, $332 million extension on its contract for integration-related services to the Missile Defense Agency.

Northrop Grumman has received a nine-month, $332 million contract modification for technical integration and information technology services to the Missile Defense Agency.

The modification lifts the contract’s overall ceiling value from $3.85 billion to $4.18 billion. MDA first awarded the Joint National Integration Center Research and Development contract to Northrop in 1995.

JRDC covers services for the Ballistic Missile Defense System such as integration management, research, development, test, evaluation, operations and infrastructure management.

Contractor support also covers exercises in missile defense readiness, wargame command-and-control, operational concepts and doctrinal requirements.
