Trowbridge continues growth with Navy win
Trowbridge & Trowbridge continues strong growth streak with $40 million Navy win to support the Naval Warfare Center Weapons Division.
Trowbridge & Trowbridge has won a $40 million contract for IT, systems administration and cybersecurity work with the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons division.
The McLean, Va.-based company won the contract in a competition with three other women-owned small businesses.
The contract has a three-year base worth $23.4 million but two option years bump the value up to $40 million, the company said.
It is a new contract for T&T, company CEO Karen Trowbridge said. The company has already been supporting NAVAIR at China Lake in California and at Portsmouth in Virginia.
The company will be providing hardware, software, licensing, technical support, lab warranty services, tech refresh, life cycle support and other related services.
Trowbridge said that the company does have larger contracts but this is the largest primarily focused on cyber solutions.
“T&T has had a strong and steady growth trajectory over the last 18 months, more than doubling in size,” Trowbridge said. “This work will continue to help position the company as a formidable mid-tier integrator.”
