CSR appoints new president, CEO

CSR has appointed Cynthia Marsden as its new president and chief executive officer.

Marsden joins the company from GTI Federal, where she focused on strategy, leadership, innovation and customers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University.
