Sierra Nevada wins $28.8M DHS systems development contract

DHS has already obligated $12.5 million from fiscal year 2015 and 2016 research, development, testing, and evaluation funds. The contract work is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
Sierra Nevada is a technology solutions company in the areas of aerospace, aviation, electronics and systems integration.
The Army Contracting Command in Adelphi, Maryland, is the contracting activity. It announced the award Sept. 26.
