The National Archives and Records Administration wants to acquire an enterprise case management system software as a service through a new five-year task order contract.
The cloud-based system will support a range of activities, such as business processes, agency performance management, and communications with stakeholders both inside and outside of NARA.
The system should have commercially available, cloud-based, SaaS capabilities. NARA wants it to reduce the total cost of ownership of IT investments as well as lessen the complexity and minimize the costs of engineering and operating IT infrastructure and data center facilities in-house.
NARA intends to eventually manage, operate, and integrate the system by its own NARA staff without the need of third-party system integrator.
NARA released its solicitation Aug. 9. Responses are due by Sept. 6.
