Ontodia founders Joel Natividad and Sami Baig will join OpenGov after the acquisition is complete.
The acquisition adds Ontodia’s open data, performance management and data analytics to OpenGov’s financial intelligence and transparency solution.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
