Arlington Capital Partners completes acquisiton of iRobot defense, security business

Arlington Capital Partners has completed its $45 million acquisition of the defense and security business of iRobot Corp.

The deal was announced in early February and creates a new independent company called Endeavor Robotics, focused on defense, public safety and security markets.

The rest of iRobot Corp. will remain focused on the home and consumer market.
