DOD OIG seeks electronic records management system
The Defense Department’s Office of the Inspector General issued a sources sought notice for an Electronic Archive and Records Management System (EARMS).
The Defense Department’s Office of the Inspector General issued a sources sought notice for an Electronic Archive and Records Management System (EARMS).
The OIG needs the EARMS and accompanying professional services to configure and install the supporting software.
The contract’s work would continue for three years. The contract would include objectives spanning 2016 through 2019.
In 2016, the first phase includes:
- Software acquisition
- System installation
- Email capture and management
- Training
The second phase includes system configuration and integration of unstructured data capture and management, and third phase continues similar work with a fully operational system.
The sources sought notice was released March 23. Responses are due by April 4.
