SageNet makes cybersecurity acquisition

SageNet has acquired the cybersecurity division of Turnberry Solutions Inc.

The acquisition bolster’s SageNet’s advanced threat protection and PCI compliance services with cybersecurity services including security strategy and assessments, audit and compliance assessments, risk management and cloud security.

Turnberry Solutions will become part of SageNet’s Security Services team, which the company said will be led by Paul Truitt.
