Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal complements both company’s capabilities, said Calibre president and CEO Joe Martore.
Reston, Va.-based IMC provides information technology services to the federal government, health and life sciences and commercial clients.
The IMC’s groups will become part of one of Calibre’s five operating divisions, the company said in a release. Dorisa Harris will step up as the head of the new Calibre Information Management Consulting Divison.
