KPMG completes acquisition of Beacon Partners

KPMG LLP has completed its acquisition of Beacon Partners Inc. in a move that adds to KPMG’s health care consulting capabilities.

KPMG LLP has completed its acquisition of Beacon Partners Inc. in a move that adds to KPMG’s health care consulting capabilities.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Originally announced in April 2015, the deal will bring to KPMG strategic management and clinical and information technology consulting services.

This is the second deal that the company has made in a month. After the Beacon Partners Inc. deal was announced, KPMG announced that it was acquiring the ServiceNow Professional Services Practice from Triad Technology Partners.
