Abt Associates taps new division SVP

Abt Associates has named Stephen Pelliccia division vice president for the company’s International Economic Growth Division.

In his new role, he will leverage his expertise in designing and implementing USAID and other donor-funded programs to help win new business for the division.

He joins Abt from Chemonics International, where he served as senior vice president for that company’s Afghanistan region. He also spent a number of years at USAID.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Maine.
