Pragmatics has named Richard Silver chief business development officer, where he will lead corporate business development including capture, proposal development and market research.
Pragmatics has named Richard Silver chief business development officer, where he will lead corporate business development including capture, proposal development and market research.
Before joining Pragmatics, Silver worked at Aperture Growth Strategies as strategic capture and proposal manager and managing partner. Before Aperture, Silver spent 10 years at SAIC.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University.
