QinetiQ North America names new unit director of strategic programs

QinetiQ North America has named Luke Lucas director of strategic programs in the company’s Mission Solutions business unit, where he will lead the company’s Patuxent River operations and support business development efforts.

Before joining QNA, Lucas worked at WBB Inc. where he was responsible for acquisitions and warfare analysis. He has also held a number of positions within the U.S. Navy, and while he was a Navy commander, he served several operational and combat tours as naval flight officer in Kosovo and Iraq.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in oceanography from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Regis University.
