Abt Associates has named Julie Strawn principal associate, where she will facilitate research and communication with policymakers across workforce and education arenas and contribute to the company’s work in career pathways research and technical assistance.
Strawn joins Abt Associates after 17 years at the Center for Law and Social Policy, a nonprofit group that develops and advocates for federal, state and local policies to strengthen families and create pathways to education and work, according to the group's website.
She holds a master’s degree in public policy from Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
