Visual Connections wins $5.5M contract to support CMS system

Visual Connections LLC has won a $5.5 million contract to provide a variety of IT services to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Visual Connections LLC has won a $5.5 million contract to provide a variety of services to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The company is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Chevy Chase, Md., and has core competencies in the areas of software/application development, user experience engineering, and others.

Under the contract, Visual Connections will support CMS’s Quality Management and Review System, or QMARS, by providing design, development, enhancement, maintenance and operations services.

The QMARS system is a national standardized system that is use to capture, track, manage and analyze the activities associated with all case review types associated with the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Program, the company said in a release.

This contract was awarded as a set aside under the GSA’s IT Schedule 70 contract vehicle.
