Lockheed to host cyber defense exercise

Lockheed Martin is going to host a cyber defense exercise that will pit emerging cyber leaders from the U.S. and Canadian military service academies against experts from the National Security Agency as part of the annual Cyber Defense Exercise.

Lockheed Martin will host emerging cyber leaders from the U.S. and Canadian military service academies to test their capabilities this week against experts from the National Security Agency in the annual Cyber Defense Exercise, Yahoo Finance reported.

The company coordinated with the NSA to establish a private network for the exercise, which links all of the academies with the Cyber Defense Exercise at the company’s facility in Hanover, Md. The company will also provide technical support for the exercise preparation and execution, Yahoo reported.
