AT&T wins $87M Networx award

AT&T will provide agencywide mission network services to NASA under a Networx order that could be worth $87 million.

NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center announced Tuesday that it has tapped AT&T Government Solutions to continue providing agencywide mission network services.

Awarded under the General Services Administration’s Networx Universal acquisition, the follow-on contract represents a transition from FTS 2001.

The 14-month contract has three two-year options, which if exercised would bring the award’s value to a total $87 million.

Under the contract, AT&T will provide resources necessary to perform NASA's mission network requirements at domestic and overseas locations for agency projects and missions.
