CSC chooses Ulstrup as fed consulting practice president

Computer Sciences Corp. has named Leif Ulstrup president of the Federal Consulting Practice for the company’s North American Public Sector business.

Computer Sciences Corp. has named Leif Ulstrup president of the Federal Consulting Practice for the company’s North American Public Sector business.

Ulstrup, who succeeds Joe Kehoe, will report to James Sheaffer, the North American Public Sector president.

Ulstrup will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Federal Consulting Practice, a provider of enterprise resource planning services to the federal government.

Before joining CSC, Ulstrup was a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he led partners and senior managers responsible for serving federal government clients. Previously, he was vice president and Defense and Intelligence business unit leader at Touchstone Consulting.

He also served as vice president at American Management Systems Inc.

CSC, of Falls Church, Va., ranks No. 9 on Washington Technology’s 2009 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
