Antle-led startup will pursue fed services contractors

Four former SI International Inc. executives form Salient Solutions to acquire federal IT provider companies.

“This is an exciting and opportune time to build another significant and well-recognized business, delivering innovation to enhance the government’s mission,” Antle said in a statement. “We see several attractive areas within our market including health care, energy, education, intelligence, cybersecurity and government 2.0.”

Four former SI International Inc. executives are going to pursue acquisitions in the government services industry through their newly formed Salient Solutions LLC.

The Fairfax, Va., company will focus on companies that supply federal information technology and engineering solutions, they said in announcing the venture.
