CACI unit to provide tech support to Navy
CACI will provide technical support to the Navy under a contract modification worth $19.4 million.
CACI International Inc. will provide technical support to the Navy under a contract modification worth $19.4 million.
CACI Systems, of Chantilly, Va., a unit of CACI International, will provide technical support, engineering services and associated supplies to the Special Communications Requirements Division of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
The contract estimates 286,000 man-hours will be needed to complete the work by January 2010. The work will be performed mostly at Lexington Park, Md., and at St. Inigoes, Md.
The award modification provides support for various Navy, Army and Air Force, Special Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Electronic Systems. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at St. Inigoes is the contracting activity.
CACI International, of Arlington, Va., ranks No. 17 on Washington Technology’s 2008 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
