DataPath Inc. will provide the Army with satellite communications equipment under two delivery orders.
DataPath Inc. will supply the Army with electronics and other equipment to operate and maintain hundreds of DataPath satellite transportable terminals under two delivery orders totaling $4.8 million.
The company's terminals provide high-bandwidth communications capabilities at forward-operating locations as part of the Army's Joint Network Node/Warfighter Information Network-Tactical program.
DataPath, of Duluth, Ga., has built and delivered more than 800 terminals and provided trucks, software and extensive services for the program since 2004.
The Commercial Satcom Terminal Program at the Army Communications-Electronics Command in Fort Monmouth, N.J., made the award through the program's blanket purchase agreement contract.
