Clinton Rubin acquires McConnell International
Clinton Rubin LLC has purchased McConnell International LLC., a public-sector consulting firm.

The acquisition will expand Clinton Rubin's presence in the government sector, company officials said. The two organizations are compatible in that they both provide executive-level consulting and support services, they added.
Clinton Rubin is a consulting firm that specializes in applying private-sector best practices to help government executives solve mission-critical problems.
After the acquisition, McConnell International, of Washington, D.C., will continue to focus on the government sector. The firm's federal-sector clients include the Homeland Security and Treasury departments, as well as other financial services agencies. Bruce McConnell, the firm's founder and a former information technology chief at the Office of Management and Budget, will remain active in the organization.
Clinton Rubin, of Trevose, Pa., offers a wide array of consulting services, including strategy development, turnaround management, public/private partnering, finance and human resources transformation, and merger integration management. It also provides assistance on outsourcing, enterprise resource planning and complex systems implementations.
