Unisys snags TSA CISO

Patricia Titus, the Transportation Security Administration's chief information security officer, will leave her position to head to the private sector next month.

Titus will leave TSA March 28 to take a job at Unisys Corp. after more than five years at the agency. Before working at TSA, Titus was a technical adviser to the deputy chief information officer at the Treasury Department.

A TSA spokesman touted Titus' contributions to helping TSA with its Federal Information Security Management Act compliance. TSA's Information Technology Security Program earned an A for FISMA compliance over the past 12 months, according to Titus' official biography, dated last month.

Unisys of Blue Bell, Pa., ranks No. 27 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
