CACI International Inc., of Arlington, Va., agreed to buy Dragon Development Corp., strengthening its position in the intelligence community market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Columbia, Md.-based DDC, which provides professional, technical and engineering services to the intelligence community, is a woman-owned small business. All of its more than 75 employees hold top-secret clearances with special access.Adobe Systems Inc. will buy Virtual Ubiquity Inc., maker of online word--processing application Buzzword. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Buzzword is already well-integrated with Adobe products, said officials of the San Jose, Calif., company.The founders of Virtual Ubiquity of Waltham, Mass., will join Adobe.Leonard Green and Partners LLP, a private-equity group in Los Angeles, bought Scitor Corp., of Herndon, Va., for an undisclosed amount.Employee-owned Scitor provides engineering and management consulting services to defense and intelligence agencies.Most of the company's 1,200 employees have high-level security clearances.
