The Northern Virginia Technology Council's Emerging Business and Entrepreneur Committee will host a discussion of the worries and fears that plague owners ofentrepreneurial technology companies, at the NVTC Conference Center in Vienna, Va.Small Business Administration Administrator Steven Preston; Virginia Secretary of Technology Aneesh Chopra; and Michael Jones, chief technology officer at Google Earth, will address the theme "Innovation: The Next American Revolution?" The American Council for Technology conference will be held at the Omni Hotel in Richmond, Va. Keynote speakers at Gartner Inc.'s government conference include information technology strategist Don Tapscott, public management professor Steve Kelman, strategist and author David Osborne, and computer science professor Avi Rubin.The event will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington.
