It has a built-in router and numerous options, which allow its use as a WiFi hotspot, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line gateway and VoIP gateway.Mobile Armor LLC, an enterprise software maker, now has security applications for managed service providers for over-the-air delivery of data security systems.Mobile Armor's Wireless Suite offers data security and centralized control for wired and wireless end-point devices. It enables self-managed, centralized security systems for all subscriber devices.The company said its Wireless Suite protects subscribers from the threat of unwarranted or malicious access from unauthorized users, lost or stolen devices and damaging software such as worms and viruses. It is available for desktop, tablet and laptops, PDAs and multiple mobile devices.ThinManager from Automation Control Products Inc., lets administrators quickly configure, maintain, upgrade and replace thin-client devices. It has a Windows-like interface and features at-a-glance management of all connected ThinManager-ready thin clients and terminal servers.It manages server connections with a ThinManager server that monitors active thin-client sessions to ensure each one is at peak efficiency. Smart Session's load balancing will designate resources based on need.ThinManager loads the operating system and any selected client-side modules onto each thin client connected to the network, thus letting each client operates as the network administrator determines.
