Pragmatics lands Treasury tech support deal

Pragmatics Inc. won a five-year, $76 million contract from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to supply IT support services to bank supervision systems.

Under the contract, Pragmatics of McLean, Va., will provide IT services for the agency's Bank Supervisory Systems division, which is responsible for developing and administrating critical applications and systems that support the office's mission.

These applications include the Supervisory Information Systems suite and other analytical tools and systems for examining credit, money laundering and emerging risks.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency charters, regulates and supervises all national banks and oversees the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks.

Pragmatics is a privately owned IT solutions company that offers software and systems engineering and integration, information assurance and program management services for federal customers and large systems integrators.
