In a move the Army said reflects changes in how it provides equipment to warfighters, the service has realigned three communications and electronics organizations at Fort Monmouth, N.J., to form the Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command.

The new command comprises the former:
* Army Communications Electronics Command
* Program Executive Office for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical
* PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors.
Maj. Gen. Michael Mazzucchi is commanding general of the newly formed group, dubbed C-E LCMC.
