Child support contact center

The Iowa Department of Human Services' Bureau of Collections seeks a vendor to enhance and integrate various customer service delivery systems. An RFP is expected in February.

The Bureau of Collections performs various centralized functions that require customer service, including payment processing and disbursement through a collections service center; answering questions about child support from employers via the Employers Partnering in Child Support Unit; and telephone customer service for the program.
