Justice division taps DigitalNet for IT support

DigitalNet will provide network operation and administration, desktop support, service desk management and end user training services.

DigitalNet Holdings Inc. has won a four-year, $11.5 million contract from the Justice Department's Antitrust Division to provide network and desktop support services, the company announced today.

Under the contract, DigitalNet of Herndon, Va., will provide Justice with network operation and administration, desktop support, service desk management and end user training services.

The task order contract was issued under the Justice Consolidated Office Network blanket purchasing agreement, the company said.

DigitalNet is a provider of strategic consulting services, managed network services, integrated information assurance solutions, and application development and integration services to the federal government.

DigitalNet has 1,650 employees and annual sales of $336.2 million. The company ranked No. 34 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list, which measures federal contracting revenue.
