The task order was awarded under the Millennia Lite contract, and it has an estimated worth of $30 million over seven years if all options are exercised. SRA's team includes Computer Sciences Corp., El Segundo, Calif.
The Air Mobility Command uses command and control systems to provide global planning, scheduling, execution management and monitoring of forces. Under this award, SRA will provide independent verification and validation software testing services for the Modernized Global Decision Support System. The new system manages airlift and tanker status and movement information around the world.
SRA provides information technology services and solutions to government customers. The company reported revenue of $361.2 million in 2002 and employs 2,500 people. It was ranked No. 32 on Washington Technology's 2003 Top 100.
