Public/ASP/dcop.asp. It will be a multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a three-year base period and four one-year options. There are two award categories: full and open and small-business set-aside. At least two awards will be made to small businesses. The Air Force Materiel Command at Tinker Air Force Base has released a request for proposal for specialized engineering support and services for Honeywell products. Tasks may include analysis; developing technical reports, plans and recommendations; assisting in identifying, correcting and resolving technical problems in systems engineering; and integration. Responses to the solicitation are due by Nov. 15. The system must be able to be used on the air force's IBM compatible PCs. The contractor must have access to an international flight and fuel planning system to provide rapid-response flight plans for worldwide routes.
