The aircraft division of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, Md., wants to hire a contractor for engineering and technical services to support its test and evaluation department. Services include research and development, systems analysis and engineering, prototyping, ground, laboratory and flight test conduct and evaluation, analysis, test development and warfare systems integration.

The contract will be for one year with four one-year options. Several vendors will be selected for this cost-plus, fixed-fee, task-order contract, so interested companies need not be capable of performing all the services required. The request for proposal will be released via the Internet; copies can be obtained from the contract specialist at francoa@navair.navy.mil.The project management office of the Army brigade combat team in Warren, Mich., is conducting a survey to find contractors with the expertise to create an integrated digital environment for the office. The contractor will be required to work with Microsoft Suite, Unix, Outlook, Oracle-based applications and electronic data interface. Windchill and Windchill-related products will serve as the basis for an IDE system. Additional applications and products will be integrated to add capabilities and functionality.
